Fried Avocado…?

Well, somebody had to do it.  Out in Texas,  they’re frying everything from pecan pie to beer.  So someone in the kitchen at Sol must recently have been in Texas, and behold!  On last night’s appetizer menu…. Fried Avocado!  We had to try them. Turns out they’re nice little slices of avocado, breaded in a thick and very crunchy batter till hot.  Not bad! And if you really love fried stuff, you just may think they’re downright superb.
