A great salad, a loaf of bread, a jug of wine and…
The best salad I’ve eaten in recent years came not from a restaurant, nor from my own kitchen, but from Fresh Market. They call it their Greek salad. It bears little resemblance to a traditional Greek salad which consists of tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers and sometimes other veggies, but never a leafy green.
