To: All chefs, restauranteurs, entrepreneurs!

Over the last decade or so, the culinary scene in Savannah has blossomed and bloomed beautifully.  But we still have two big culinary gaps. We need a good Chinese Restaurant, and a good French restaurant. Preferable not too upscale, elaborate or pricey, just good, solid, well-prepared eats  from these two meccas of fine food.
