Savannah Dining Tidbits

As many of you know,  Shelley Smith’s latest  “sun-goddess”  eatery,  Sol, opened sofly last week with a menu filled with Southernwestern delicacies and affordable drink prices.  They’ve been tweaking and polishing the menu since. I haven’t had a moment to get over there yet,  but a couple of my trusty ‘scouts’ have sampled their wares and I’ve heard raves about a Mexican chicken dish and the fish tacos in particular.  Just one block North of Eos at 1611 Habersham, the restaurant is currently open in the evenings, Mon.  through Sat. , and it’s clearly busy already.  We’ll be reporting more shortly.
