Chicken Pot Pie of Another Kind

My reaction to Chicken Pot Pie is generally a yawn. If I must, I mutter to myself if it’s served to me. But someone told me about the one that Chef Herve at Papillote was serving and that definitely sounded like something I had to try.  And after all, so far, Chef Herve has never let us down. This turned out to be a spectacular dish!  Chicken, tender white meat,  wide, thin slices of exceptionally sweet carrots, celery, onions and grapes, were anointed with a lovely curry sauce!  then topped with a delicately crisp puff pastry crust.  It’s a Special, so watch for it, beg for it if you have to, but try it, you’ll love it!
