Mac ‘n Cheese with a French Twist!

Mac ‘n Cheese is as American as you can get. But try it with a French twist. You’ll like it!  Chef Herve, at Papillote, does two versions of it. First, there’s his Mac and Cheese, Mediterranean style, fashioned with tiny pearl pasta and an array of fragrant herbs:  Spicily different and delicious.  Then, there is The Mac-Craw, using robust rigatoni, crawfish, aromatic herbs, three cheeses and mushrooms.  Served with arugula salad, this piquant dish is delectable. Both are offered frequently on the Daily Specials menu. Bon Appetite!
